ECU Flash Station EFS
Whether you need to program a single or a large number of control units outside the vehicle, we offer customised, high-performance EFS flashing stations to ensure that ECUs and modules can be programmed offline efficiently and easily.

  • The “brains” of our ECU Flash Stations EFS are normally testers like MFT or MTS, which are also used to test and program ECUs inside vehicles or vehicle modules.

  • This is complemented by a set of tailor-made adaption modules that exactly match your ECUs. Those can be - according to requirements - some cables with different connectors or slots in a custom-built housing.

Use cases

The EFS Station can be used to support different use cases:

  • Just In Time / Sequenced flashing of ECUs: As the EFS is connected to the PRODIS.System, it can be used in the production line to prepare the ECUs for upcoming vehicles on the fly.

  • Kit Building: The EFS can be used to program in parallel several ECUs belonging to the same vehicle, which are later delivered as a kit to the production line.

  • Batch Programming: For logistic applications, it is also possible to update the software of many ECUs in parallel without a direct connection to a vehicle.
