Module Test Systems MTS
Our Modular Test Systems (MTS) are highly flexible and capable of validating the suitability of various modules and components of a vehicle, as well as supporting the flashing and calibration of ECUs (Electronic Control Units). In addition, these test modules can be customised to meet diverse test requirements.

  • Besides the inspection of electrical coupling installations, electrical components can be tested functionally, and ECU configuration can be executed.

  • Inspection is carried out by measuring the electrical quantities voltage, current, resistance and impedance under realistic conditions as well as by ECU diagnostic communication. The rest of the vehicle is simulated by the MTS.

  • The MTS is connected to the test object by specialized adapters that we design and produce individually for your particular use case.
