Reliable potential equalisation testing
With an equipotential bonding test demonstration, we will be presenting an innovative solution for potential equalisation measurements on vehicles and components of electric vehicle powertrains for the first time. At our stand, visitors will see a solution that enables reliable quality testing of equipotential bonding systems with many parasitic current paths, which are frequently found in the chassis of electric (commercial) vehicles.
AI-supported solution for analysing and lifecycle management of EV batteries
SKYLYZE presents its latest AI-powered analytics solution for EV battery manufacturing and lifecycle management. Discover how SKYLYZE.Battery combines data from production, testing and field operations for a comprehensive assessment of battery quality and performance. Through automated trend detection and root cause analysis, the platform supports production optimisation and reliable operation in the field. It is seamlessly integrated with the DSA-HV battery test equipment via standard interfaces. A particular highlight of our presentation at the show is the AI-Copilot - an interactive assistant for data-based analyses and targeted troubleshooting.
Safety and functional testing of high-voltage batteries
Also on display: our HVBT high-voltage battery tester for ensuring and preparing the function and installation of high-voltage batteries. With its modular design, the tester can be flexibly adapted to different requirements and production environments.
Production monitoring with PRODIS.PlantHub
Also find out how our central control and visualisation tool PRODIS.PlantHub monitors the production environment and all diagnostic components in vehicle production. We will demonstrate how the tool receives, tracks and controls vehicle position information for efficient monitoring of production processes.
