Module Test System - MTS3
The MTS is a multi purpose test device for the testing of cockpit, doors, seats and other car modules that have electrical functionalities. It is the most distributed module test system in China.
The MTS3 consist of a test PC that is equipped with a VCI for ECU communication and with special relays and measurement boards to switch and perform the relevant tests.
The test system is connected to the Host computer via WLAN connection and runs the Prodis.Runtime software for the execution of the test programs. The control can also be carried out by an external tester (MFT, DT2).
The electrical inspection is carried out by measuring the electrical quantities of voltage, current, resistance and impedance by means of especially developed measuring boards. The systems architecture is flexible and modularly extendable.

Applications
